FirstEye MediaWorks, LLC was established in 2004 by social entrepreneurs and principals, Tamara A. Fleming and Kimberlee S. Williams. The two women had a vision to use integrated marketing communications to connect business to multicultural communities. Soon after the company formed as FirstEye, the principals launched the agency brand FEMWORKSTM, a unique women and community centered marketing agency. FEMWORKSTM Reach. Build. Principal, Marketing Director
Kimberlee is a marketing and public relations professional from New Jersey whose company is the premier multicultural marketing agency in Newark, NJ. She has over 10 years of business development experience in multicultural markets, media relations, and creating strategic alliances. Kimberlee helps shape the way corporations, organizations and individuals communicate with multicultural men and women of color. In addition to creating tailored messages, she helps increase recognition and awareness of national brands. Kimberlee has dedicated her career to showing major companies how aligning with the multicultural community can increase profits and empower the entire community.
Tamara A. Fleming
Principal, Creative Director
Tamara is co-principal/Creative Director of FEMWORKS LLC, a multicultural marketing agency and photography studio. As a photographic artist specializing in creative portraiture, executive portraits and stock photography, Tamara prides herself on visually communicating her clients’ creative messages. She has over 10 years of photography experience in media events, weddings, and stock photography shoots, including managing domestic and international hires of AP vetted photographers for AP Worldwide. Professionally, Tamara boasts a stock photography database with over 10,000 images aimed at providing fresh visual imagery of multicultrual communities. These images are typically used as primary images in corporate online and print collateral by agencies, non-profit community based organizations and corporations. In addition to her work at FEMWORKS, Tamara has over 14 years experience in film and digital photography as well as image retouching. Her arts, creative, lifestyle and stock photographs have appeared in various media including exhibits, newspapers, magazines, postcards, and brochures.
